If you’re looking at Hotels in Oia (which is what most people visiting Greece for the first time would decide on) and couldn’t find one, please look into firostefani. You wouldn’t be let down.
Anteliz suites, was one of my best decisions. The hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi to drive us from the port to fiostefani, along the caldera path of Fira. As carrying your luggage along the cobble stone path might be challenging, they have their porters available at all times to help carry your luggage, which trust me, you can’t do it by yourself. So make sure to ask for the service in case they don’t.
I was already lost for words when I approached the hotel because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing on the other side. The caldera view. Calming and magnificent. Take a quick look at this.
If this doesn’t make you want to book this hotel, then I don’t know what will 😉
Check-in was quick, the friendly staff provide you with a map and give you all the suggestions you need. They make sure you’re well informed and equipped and ready for your adventure and I loved that. Details on ATV/ car / bike rentals , places to visit, places you might not have been able to discover online, they have you covered, don’t fret.
Walking into the room, the inner child in my was jumping around in excitement. (Watch my vlog to see that 🙃) Click here
The Greek architecture is amazing. Who wouldn’t want to stay in a luxurious cave ? It was one big, spacious room, clean and beautifully decorated. Cave like bathroom, which was an experience by itself.
Waking up to breakfast with this view was everything. The only small thing I wish I could change was how people walking outside the hotel could easily look straight at you inside your jacuzzi. However it didn’t matter too much at that time anyway.
If you aren’t headed out to watch the sunset, this place right here, at the comfort of your own room, is just perfect enough. You- the jacuzzi- holding a glass of wine ( or your partner if you may 😉) – the caldera – the sunset.
I’m sorry, am I tempting you too much?
Food served at the hotel was extremely delicious, excellent service by the staff who took care of us, and an even more excellent service by the porter who went out of his way to take care of our entire stay.
The common swimming pool area was clean and beautiful, who wouldn’t want to enjoy a dip in the pool with the caldera view? It was however always taken, so be smart enough to get some private time if you can.
Oh and ladies, perfect for photoshoots 😉
