Doesn’t that photograph say it all? Walking into the Bill & Coo Lounge Bar was like stepping into a magical zone of tranquility. With their famous infinity pool overlooking the Aegan seascape, watching the sunset and sipping on their signature island cocktails was the pinnacle of this trip.
We were warmly welcomed by their beautiful and enthusiastic Manager, Christina. She was extremely kind and sweet and proud of their lovely ritzy property. We had a lovely chat with her and I promise, the greeks sure know how to jump in and sit right in the centre of our hearts.
This little petite green guy in between is called David’s Gimlet, fused with Hendrick’s Gin, Yuzu Juice, Cucumber Syrup, fresh Celery with a dash of Ruhard for some bitterness.
Now isn’t that something you’d want a couple more (or more) of? I sure did. This vibrant Sunset coloured baby poured into this rare glass is the Peach temptation concocted with Vodka, St Germain elder flower liqueur, Vanilla, some fresh Peach and Yuzu juice. The icing on the cake (or rather the cocktail) was the Caramel syrup served in a little wooden spoon. It darlingly amplified the taste. This was my personal favourite.
This ruby potion down here is their Charisma with pomegranate infused Gin, Mastic, Green Apple, Aloe and Violet Syrup. The most interesting and exciting twist to this cocktail was the Lavender Foam topping it up deliciously. This cocktail was absolutely lush.
Ahh! Watching the sunset from the Bill & Coo Lounge Bar over the sparkling infinity pool was like taking a strong shot of relaxation. #billandcoowayoflife
As the Sun went down I strolled along the glittering deep blue infinity pool swaying to their lounge music, feeling blissful.
Sequentially, the hues of blues faded down to a mystic night view of the lovely town of Mykonos. I could stare into the deep skies and golden lights endlessly.
It’s a blessing to be able to have such dreamy experiences and I’m extremely thankful to Bill & Coo, Maria and Christina for having me. This will be mandatory on my future trips to Mykonos.
